On December, 16th, 2010 the Ukrainian Professional Association for Protection of Investors, Creditors and Insurants and the Company EMCON have signed the memorandum of cooperation. The parties have agreed on cooperation in the area of improvement of information disclosure technologies and efficient consultation of emitters on the issues of information disclosure to shareholders and investors.
