About the association  Board

The Ukrainian Professional Association for Protection of Investors, Creditors and Insurants (UPAPICI) has been created in the year 2010 as public organization. Main objective of our Association is to facilitate protection of investors and consumers of financial services in Ukraine. The scope of UPAPICI activities covers the entire financial market, including its credit, insurance and investment sectors.

Main tasks of UPAPICI are:

• To encourage toughening of the requirements to information disclosure by professional participants of the market of banking, insurance and investment services. Raised transparency of the financial market is a key element of financial services consumers’ protection.
• To provide through its members an expertise support in the area of improvement of the normative documents regulating the activity of banks, insurers, credit unions, dealers in securities, asset management companies.
• To perform consulting support of natural and legal entities having problems in relations with professional participants of the financial market.
